I had some engine issues with my car, I called my roadside insurance and they sent me a link for lil petes automotive, within about 10 mins of getting the link i got a call from the driver saying he was on the way and that it would be about 90 mins. The driver Edwin showed up about an hour later. He was professional and quick he politely informed that due to covid I couldn't ride with him, but he stayed until my uber got there and then sent me pics of the car after it arrived at the dealer. I have since recommended Lil petes to several friends and they have had great success as well.

Recently had a problem with my car traveling from Albany to New York City and needed a tow. Lil Pete automotive was called for the tow. His employee John was very professional and helpful. Not knowing the area, John made it easy for us to complete our night without any other major issues. The following day the owner Pete continued with the help and professionalism. Pete went above and beyond in efforts to help us. My husband and I would recommend this shop. We're extremely grateful for their help and the way they made this stressful process easy. If I could give more than five stars in this review I would!

They also have a Hertz rental car company there. The two guys in the office were great and of fantastic help to us. My daughter messed up her rental reservation but they worked with us to get her a car at the same or even better pricing. Great guys.
